RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All purchases are subject to the following conditions. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
 

1. Return Period

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the date of delivery.

Requests submitted after the 14-day period will not be accepted.
 

2. Return & Exchange Request Form

All returns and exchanges require the submission of our official Return & Exchange Request Form.

Customers must submit the form within 14 days of receiving their order and provide the required order and product information.

No return or exchange will be processed without a completed request form and confirmation from our team.

Do not send any item back before receiving return instructions or approval from our team. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee approval. Each item must meet all requirements stated in this policy and will be inspected upon receipt.
 

3. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

• Completely unworn and unused

• In its original condition

• Free from stains, marks, odors, damage, alterations, or any signs of wear

• Returned with all original tags attached

• Returned with all original packaging and accompanying materials

• Accompanied by valid proof of purchase

Any item that fails to meet these requirements will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, or returned without their original tags will be considered ineligible for return or exchange, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. To return or exchange, use the form below.
 

4. Defects & Damage

Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

Damage or deterioration caused by the customer's use, handling, washing, storage, alteration, or failure to follow the garment's care instructions will not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Claims concerning a genuine manufacturing defect or non-conformity will be reviewed individually and handled in accordance with applicable law.
 

5. Refunds & Exchanges

Approved returns will be inspected upon receipt.

A refund or exchange will only be processed once the item has passed inspection and all requirements of this policy have been satisfied.

Submitting a Return & Exchange Request Form does not guarantee approval.

Unauthorized returns, late requests, or items that fail inspection will not be processed, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 1–14 business days from confirmation of the order, depending on the delivery location.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including holidays, weather conditions, customs procedures, and courier delays.
 

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment and order details have been successfully confirmed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
 

Delivery Inspection

Customers must inspect their package and garments immediately upon delivery.

Any issue concerning the condition of an item should be reported promptly through the official Return & Exchange Request Form and within the applicable return period.
 

Delivery Charges

Any applicable delivery charges will be communicated or displayed before the order is finalized.
 

Policy Acceptance

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Returns, Exchanges & Delivery Policy, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded under the applicable law.
